I am the Cantor at Temple Beth Torah in Upper Nyack, NY. Before working there, I served as Cantor at Temple Emanuel in Worcester, MA and at Temple Emanu-El in Edison, NJ. I am a graduate of Oberlin College, Oberlin Conservatory of Music, and the HUC-JIR School of Sacred Music in Manhattan. I have been at Temple Beth Torah since 2004. I am a member of both the American Conference of CantorsCantor’s Assembly. I love Judaism, music, and knitting. I find that all three feed different aspects of my soul. 1. Cantor: I found your link via Ravelry. Saw your name. Neff, Neff, I said to myself. Why do I know that name? Because I have known Brian Beal since 1980 or so, and Naomi since 1990. The pair met at my wedding. I have heard you are a wonderful Cantor with a beautiful voice AND YOU KNIT. Take a moment or two to peruse my blog…. there are some knitting projects on there. I hope to meet you one day.

  2. By the way, I grew up in Worcester MA and was a member of Emanuel (and Sinai too).
